Which Cd Multiplayer

Have just purchased 2005 galaxy with all the toys on, incuding RNS MFD sat nav

but no multi cd player, have contacted blaupunkt with a view of purchasing the 10 cd changer and lead from them. But have been told this is not compatable with factory fitted sat nav.

so can anybody help me out here and advise me which cd changer works with the sat nav.

If you want a genuine fitting cd changer, you need to pay a visit to your local VW or Audi parts department for a compatible CD changer. OR, you could buy an after market cd changer (eg SONY) with an interface box.

Have tried to get a adapter from connect2 but the interface will not work with the fordRNS MFD unit.

this came from connect2 direct so i am left puzzled.

They do interface leads for most aftermarket changers (pioneer/sony etc)

 

If you speak to them and tell them that you are installing it yourself they

will send you one otherwise they will give you a list of suppliers.
